Meet Chris Ruggles – Managing Director of EBG Norwich
Chris brings a wealth of real-world experience into his role as a business coach, shaped by a diverse career spanning law, property, construction and the ownership of multiple successful businesses. Having worked in senior roles across both large corporate environments and smaller, fast-moving organisations, he understands the pressures, challenges, and opportunities that business owners face at every level.
Alongside this, Chris is Director of EMF Business Transfer Agents, where he specialises in the sale of businesses for clients. Through EMF, he works closely with business owners to prepare, position, and successfully exit their companies, His role at EMF gives him a direct, hands-on insight into what makes a business valuable, saleable, and attractive in the market. Working across a wide range of sectors and deal sizes, Chris understands not just how to grow a business, but how to structure it for long-term success and eventual exit-bringing a commercially grounded and results-driven perspective into his business coaching work.
